We are hiring

We are always looking for talented and enthusiastic early career researchers to join our interdisciplinary lab. If you you have a background in biochemistry, cell biology, bioengineering, biophysics, computational biology or computer sciences, and you are passionate about understanding the design principles and limits of cell cycle control, then reach out to us.

Currently, we specifically have one PhD position (biochemistry/bioengineering/biophysics) available. As a member of the recently funded Summit Grant EVOLF, we are going to be part of a large consortium attempting to build life from scratch (read more here). If you are interested in engineering biochemical clocks with an engineering mindset, please reach out.

MSc students are always welcome to reach out to explore potential MSc projects.

Please always include a letter of motivation addressing why you are specifically interested in our research and joining the laboratory, your CV, as well as a description of your main PhD work/MSc project.
